ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
This programme is intended for the education of all those who wish to earn their living from the sea and live by the sea, and who can then work at jobs in marinas management, in the chartering of yachts and boats and in skipper jobs.
The theoretical classes offered to students include the fundamentals of maritime industry, marine traffic and economics necessary for nautical tourism management and for marine traffic jobs. Practical classes take place in the laboratories of the University of Dubrovnik, aboard the training and research ship ‘Naše more’ (‘Our Sea’), abord sailboats and in marinas.

PROGRAMME DURATION
The undergraduate university study programme in Maritime Technologies of Yachts and Marinas lasts three years or six semesters (180 ECTS credits).

Upon the completion of this undergraduate programme, students are awarded the academic degree of a Bachelor (Baccalaureus) of Engineering in Marine Technologies of Yachts and Marinas (univ. bacc. ing. nav. techn.).
POSSIBILITY TO CONTINUE STUDIES
POSSIBILITY TO CONTINUE STUDIES
After graduating from the undergraduate programme, students have the possibility to continue their studies at the graduate university programme in Maritime Studies. After completing the graduate programme, they can study at the postgraduate university study programme of Maritime Studies.
