- Teaching for teaching staff;
- Training for teaching and non-teaching staff.
The incoming teaching / non-teaching staff is obliged to deliver their proposed curriculum (for teaching), i.e. work plan (for training) to the University’s Office for International Relations and Research Projects at the following email address: international@unidu.hr. The plan is then forwarded to the respective University’s department/office. If mobility is possible, a signed work plan and an invitation letter are delivered to the incoming participant.
Teaching can be implemented during the winter semester (from mid-October until mid-January) or during the summer semester (from the second half of February until mid-May). The applications for visiting lectures are not received during the exams period and during the summer break (June, July, August and September).
Training may be implemented at any time during the academic year, except during the summer break (July and August).
Incoming mobile participants are obliged to request financial support from their sending organisation for their stay at the University, and they need to have valid health insurance during their stay in the Republic of Croatia.
Staff Week
Once a year (usually in April / May), the University of Dubrovnik organises the Erasmus+ Staff Week for staff from foreign partner institutions. Teachers for whom visiting lectures at the University’s departments will be organised and non-teaching staff for whom various workshops, visits to respective offices, meetings with colleagues and similar will be organised may apply for the Staff Week.
