EDU-Home is financed under the activity ‘Key Action 2: Cooperation among organizations and institutions’ which is coordinated by the Italian non-profit foundation EDUCatt. The project officially started on November 1st 2023. and will end on May 31st 2026., for a total duration of 30 months.

On June 18th 2024. UNIDU hosted the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting at the Department of Economics and Business. In addition to EDUCatt and the University of Dubrovnik (Croatia), the following partners participated at the meeting: Association of University Residences – ACRU (Italy), International Association of Student ID Cards – ISIC (Denmark), Student support service – Studierendenwerk – from Karlsruhe (Germany) and Rivensco Consulting (Cyprus).

The goal of this project is to develop a platform for dialogue and cooperation between stakeholders involved in securing and organizing accommodation and those involved in the mobility process, guaranteeing transparency, reliability and timeliness, as well as solving the asymmetry that currently makes finding accommodation a major obstacle in mobility programs.

At the meeting, partners gained insight into the entire structure of the project, current phase of the project, and the steps that are important to take in the next period.
