Životopis:

Mihael Štengl rođen je u Zagrebu 8. lipnja 1994., a odrastao u Samoboru. Srednjoškolsko obrazovanje završio je 2013. godine u Zagrebu kao drvodjeljski tehničar-restaurator. Nakon toga upisuje studij Sveučilišta u Dubrovniku na Odjelu za Umjetnost i restauraciju. Magisterij je stekao na istom sveučilištu 2019. godine obranom diplomskog rada na temu „Izrada kopije svijećnjaka iz crkve Pomoćnice Kršćana u Orebiću“.
Iste je godine započeo kao vanjski suradnik na Odjelu za umjetnost i restauraciju na smjer restauracije drva, te se u studenom 2020. godine zaposlio kao asistent na kolegijima praktične nastave u istoj sveučilišnoj radionici.

Biography/CV:

Mihael Štengl was born in Zagreb on June 8, 1994 , and grew up in Samobor. He finished his highschool education in 2013 in Zagreb as wood technician restorer. After this, he enrolled in Conservation and Restoration of Art programme on the University of Dubrovnik. He graduated his Master's Degree from the same university in 2019. with his final thesis on the topic „Making copies of two candle holders from Pomoćnica Kršćana church in Orebić“.
In the same year, he started working as an external associate in Art and Restoration Department in the field of wood restoration, and in November 2020 was employed as an assistant in the courses of practical teaching in the same university workshop.
