The University campus hosted the certificate award ceremony on November 20th for students of the Faculty of Media and Public relations who participated in the Global Learning Experience program.
This program, implemented in the collaboration with DePaul University Chicago, offers students the opportunity to gain international learning experience through joint projects with partner institutions. Over the past ten years, more than fifty students from the Faculty have participated in the program, and around ten student exchanges have taken place at the DePaul University. This year’s participants were students Lana Bartulović, Maja Nikšić, Sara Bagić, Karla Sabljić, Romana Knežević, Anamarija Lučić, Sanjina Cvijanović, Ivana Križanac, and Petra Udovičić.
The certificates were awarded to the students by the Vice Rector for internationalization, public relations and student standards, professor Mato Brautović, the Dean of the Faculty, Romana John, and professor Pero Maldini, the initiator of this successful collaboration that has significantly contributed to the internationalization of the University of Dubrovnik.
Certificates were also awarded to Lana Bartulović, Maja Nikšić, Sara Bagić, Karla Sabljić, Romana Knežević, and Anamarija Lučić for co-authoring essays in the 2024 Global Year of Elections, a collection of student essays by participants in this year’s Global Learning Experience program.
