The Rector of the University of Dubrovnik has set up a new working group to prepare the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers for the new three-year period. The working group will analyse what was done in the previous period and then prepare new documents for the renewal of the HR Excellence in Research Award. The working group includes researchers from all research areas represented at the University who are at different stages of their research careers, as well as members of the relevant administrative services (Quality Assurance Office, HR, Legal Department, IRO).

The same group will act as an Implementation Committee that will monitor the implementation of the activities and report according to the reporting plan during the three-year period of the implementation of the new Human Resources Strategy for Researchers and the corresponding action plan.
