Employees of the University of Dubrovnik participated in the first cycle of the international Capacity Building programme within the EUNICoast Alliance, which took place from 28 to 30 January 2026 at Le Havre Normandie University (ULHN) in France.

During the two-day intensive programme, five thematic modules, a round table, and a train-the-trainer workshop were held, with a special focus on European education policies, institutional transformation, intercultural communication, and multilingual cooperation within European university alliances.

The programme was evaluated as highly successful thanks to its collaborative atmosphere, intensive professional exchange, and networking opportunities, which opened new perspectives for future joint projects.

The participation of University of Dubrovnik staff further confirms the University’s active role in the development of the European Higher Education Area and contributes to strengthening international cooperation, institutional excellence, and knowledge exchange within the Alliance.
