
The University of Dubrovnik hosted the third transnational meeting (TPM3) of the Erasmus+ project BAIT-HEI – Brilliant Artificial Intelligence Toolkit for Higher Education Instructors, held on 10 June 2026 at the the University of Dubrovnik. The meeting brought together 15 representatives from partner organisations across nine European countries.
The BAIT-HEI project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (KA220-HED – Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education), brings together nine partners from Czechia, Finland, Germany, Slovakia, Croatia, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Ireland, led by ŠKODA AUTO University from Czechia. The project, running from December 2024 to November 2027, aims to explore and harness the potential of artificial intelligence to enhance pedagogical approaches in higher education, with a particular focus on curriculum development, teaching delivery and the assessment of student performance.
During the meeting, partners discussed the project’s progress, with the following work packages addressed in detail:
- WP1 – Project Management, including interim reporting, financial overview and quality assurance reports
- WP3 – Preparation and Consolidation of Teaching and Education Material Using AI-TRIX Resources, where the current development status was presented
- WP4 – Delivery, Test and Validation of the Training to HE Teaching Staff and University Students
- WP5 – Evaluation of Impact and Mainstreaming of Project’s Results
The meeting was opened by the University of Dubrovnik together with representatives of the project coordinator, ŠKODA AUTO University, who presented a comprehensive project progress report. Partners took the opportunity to exchange experiences, align on next steps and strengthen cooperation within the consortium.
