EDU-Home landing in Cyprus for the progress of the platform

On 9 May 2025, the EDU-Home partners met in Paphos (Cyprus) for their third Transnational Project Meeting, the second one in person.

This meeting took place at a crucial stage for the development of the EDU-Home platform.
Indeed, Work Package 3, which is focused on the platform tools and contents, is towards its conclusion, officially foreseen for the end of May. On the other hand, Work Package 4 has recently begun: it consists in the pilot implementation in three universities and it is led by Dubrovnik University.

The platform, which is not public yet, will be available in 4 languages: besides English, there will be the Croatian, German, Greek, and Italian versions. The partners are still carrying out tests on its functioning and the correctness of the uploaded translations.

Dubrovnik University presented the WP4 implementation plan, which will work as a guide for the partners through the following project phases, specifically the training of the HEI Staff and the development of the Users’ Guidelines Platform.

After this presentation and a recap of the current project status, the partners were split into groups of two people for a workshop. The workshop was aimed at performing a full test, both as a user, as a provider, and as an administrator, on each of the existing platform versions. This teamwork was extremely useful to identify some improvements to be made on the platform, and it led to great participation and interaction between all the partners, as well as to the consolidation of relevant project milestones.

The core partners will continue to meet online monthly for regular updates, and they will meet again in person in May 2026 for the closing meeting hosted by the coordinator in Italy.
