Further to adoption of the new Human Resources Strategy for Researchers at the University of Dubrovnik (2024 – 2027) with the accompanying Action Plan and OTM-R Policy, European Commission confirmed that the documents meet all the requirements to continue the use of HR Excellence in research Award for the next 3 years. Therefore, UNIDU successfully renewed this important Award and with the continued implementation of the principles of the European Charter and Code for Researchers, the following will be ensured:
- Establishment of an attractive, open, and sustainable European labor market for researchers, where conditions enable the recruitment and retention of high-quality researchers in environments that foster excellence and productivity.
- Increased attractiveness of the University as a desirable scientific and research institution;
- Enhanced visibility of the University of Dubrovnik within the European Research Area (ERA) and at the international level.
